Membership Services Executive I

Responsibilities

  • Identify ways to grow membership (enlist new members and retain existing ones)

  • Ensure continuity in the membership service team

  • Ensure all membership and registration issues are addressed prior to monthly networking events

  • Explore opportunities with third party service providers to offer group services/benefits: e.g. group car/home insurance, group cell phone rate group subscriptions, child-minding during meetings (if of interest to members)

Membership Services Executive II

Responsibilities

  • Be the point of contact with existing and potential members; respond to members’ inquiries

  • In preparation for meetings: post information on website; send list of registrations to venue organizer a day in advance

  • Create a database of skills from registered members’ profiles

  • Prepare quarterly quantitative and qualitative reports of skills set and numbers of CAMP membership

  • Participate in monthly networking events

  • Register new members at events and follow up with web site registration

Web Communications Executive I

Responsibilities

  • Identify ways to keep the web site design and content to reflect CAMP’s membership, goals and objectives

  • Update the website content regularly

  • Create and manage a database for CAMP

  • Ensure continuity in the web communications team

  • Ensure all information on CAMP’s networking events is published well in advance of meetings

  • As part of CAMP’s Executive Committee, play a leadership role in moving CAMP’s mission forward

Web Communications Executive II

Responsibilities

  • Identify ways to keep the web site design and content to reflect CAMP’s membership, goals and objectives

  • Update the website content regularly

  • Create and manage a database for CAMP

  • Publish events, articles, news of interest and links on the CAMP web site

  • Ensure all information on CAMP’s networking events is published well in advance of meetings

  • As part of CAMP’s Executive Committee, play a leadership role in moving CAMP’s mission forward

  • Maintain web site and add new sections and/or web site functionalities

Sustainability Executive I

Responsibilities

  • Identify the key components of sustainability e.g. Financial sustainability, Organization leadership planning and structure, Organization services provided and Continued relevance to members/community

  • Identify CAMP’s current resources and extrapolate future needs through CAMP’s existing strategic plan

  • Identify potential sources of revenue for CAMP e.g. grants, event-based fundraising, corporate and individual donations, membership fees, etc.

  • Build relationships with other partners and stakeholders to create synergies to provide a wider range of services to CAMP members

  • Ensure continuity in the work of the Sustainability team

  • As part of CAMP’s Executive Committee, play a leadership role in moving CAMP’s mission forward

Sustainability Executive II

Responsibilities

  • Identify the key components of sustainability e.g. Financial sustainability, Organization leadership planning and structure, Organization services provided and Continued relevance to members/community

  • Identify CAMP’s current resources and extrapolate future needs through CAMP’s existing strategic plan

  • Implement CAMP’s financial sustainability plan by coordinating and managing CAMP’s revenue streams and resources

  • Coordinate with other partners and stakeholders linking CAMP members to a wider range of services

  • As part of CAMP’s Executive Committee, play a leadership role in moving CAMP’s mission forward

Stakeholder Relations Executive I

Responsibilities

  • Identify and execute plan for building key stakeholder relationships for CAMP with Professional associations, Corporate organizations working in Communications, Advertising and Marketing Sectors, Potential employers for CAMP members, and Media

  • Working closely with Co-chair, leverage stakeholder relationships to identify potential speakers for events, potential employers for members, and media to publicize CAMP’s work and mission

  • Promote CAMP’s mission amongst stakeholders

  • Ensure continuity in the Stakeholder Relations team

  • As part of CAMP’s Executive Committee, play a leadership role in moving CAMP’s mission forward

Stakeholder Relations Executive II

Responsibilities

  • Identify and execute plan for building key stakeholder relationships for CAMP with Professional associations, corporate organizations working in Communications, Advertising and Marketing Sectors, potential employers for CAMP members, and media

  • Communicate with stakeholders and coordinate details of relationship

  • Promote CAMP’s mission amongst stakeholders

  • As part of CAMP’s Executive Committee, play a leadership role in moving CAMP’s mission forward

  • Arrange for and prepare CAMP marketing materials when meeting with stakeholders
